Emerging Teacher Leader Program (ETLP)

The Emerging Teacher Leader Program (ETLP) works in partnership with the UFT, NYC MenTeach, and local school communities, ETLP recruits, trains, and supports emerging teacher leaders who want to establish or enhance both their leadership and instructional skill sets in preparation for a formal TCP teacher leadership role.

What are the components of the program?

• Six (6) live Zoom learning sessions with the ETLP cohort

• Five (5) online independent modules with coach feedback

• Optional 1:1 mentoring

• Expedited qualification process in late Spring

• CTLE Certificates & Micro-credential badge for participation
